DEPOSIT

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • This insures that equipment and staff are allocated for your event. 
  • Full payment must be made 72 hours prior to your event. 
  • Your event maybe rescheduled at your request if we receive more than 72 hours notice.
  • Less than 72 hours notice will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. 
  • Equipment must be accessible for collection at the agreed time stated in your invoice or extra charges may apply. 
  • Prices quoted assume vehicle access to set up location.
  • If set up location is not on the ground floor or does not have vehicle access extra charges may apply.
  • Installation of screens and Bell Tents assumed grass set up.
  • Extra charges may apply for hard surface installation. 
  • The hirer is responsible for any damage to equipment during the Hire period. 
  • Equipment must be returned clean or cleaning fees will apply. 
  • In the event of bad weather.
  • We will proceed unless there is a risk to public safety. 
  • In windy conditions it is not always possible to set up the larger screens.
  • It is a rare occurrence. (we will always try)
  • We usually have multiple screens on board and will put up the largest screen possible in the current conditions. (installers will make final decision) 
  • We do not refund the difference in screen sizes. 
  • Power is required within 20 m of set up location. 
  • Equipment returned late will incur a 50% charge per extra day.
